MP STUDIO. PDF and Image Generation from PIM Data

What is MP STUDIO

MP STUDIO is a MARKETPROVIDER module for automatic content generation based on PIM data. In its current version, it allows you to create and automatically generate PDF documents: technical datasheets, product catalogs, specifications, price lists, and B2B materials.

The logic is simple. You configure a template once, and the system automatically generates documents for any number of products, inserting up-to-date data from product cards.

Content as a Managed Asset

It is important that the PDF is not sent “into nowhere.”

After generation, it is saved in the DAM, written to the product card, and, if necessary, converted into an image that also becomes part of the data structure. This is not a one-time export. It is a managed digital asset that lives inside the system, updates together with the data, and is accessible at any time.

Module Capabilities

Visual Template Editor

The template is created in the editor interface without writing code. Blocks, images, text, tables, lists, grids, and links are available. All elements are linked to product attributes. The name, description, specifications, photos, brand, and other data are inserted automatically.

Static and Dynamic Modes

Static mode is suitable for documents with a fixed structure where the number of pages is predefined. Dynamic mode automatically moves content to the next page if there is more data than fits. Nothing is cut off or lost.

Bulk Generation via Channel

The STUDIO channel allows you to configure filters by category, brand, SKU, status, and other parameters and launch generation for the entire selected assortment at once. No manual запуск for each product.

Saving Results

Generated documents are automatically saved in the DAM and can be written to a product card attribute. If necessary, the PDF is converted into an image (JPG, PNG, WEBP, and other formats) and also saved in the system.

Scheduled Generation

You can configure automatic channel execution on a schedule. Documents will be updated without employee involvement.

Technical Datasheet for Distributors

A manufacturer maintains full product specifications in PIM. MP STUDIO automatically generates a PDF datasheet for each item and saves it to the product card. Partners always receive the latest version of the document without contacting the marketing department.

Catalog for B2B Clients

A brand regularly updates its assortment. Instead of manually designing a catalog in InDesign, you can create a template in MP STUDIO and launch automatic generation for the required category. Updates take minutes, not days.

Localized Materials for Different Markets

One base template can be duplicated and adapted for each market. Different language, different logo, different attributes. Each version is generated independently and does not affect the main template.

How to Get Started

1. Go to the “STUDIO → PDF” section in your MARKETPROVIDER account

2. Create a new template and add a page

3. Place elements and link them to product attributes

4. Check the result in Preview mode

5. Publish the template and create a channel for bulk generation
