This privacy policy discloses our information gathering and usage practices. We will only release registration information to third parties to comply with the law. MARKETPROVIDER may use this information to contact you for MARKETPROVIDER sales and marketing purposes.

1. General conditions

1.1. MARKETPROVIDER LTD collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union and United Kingdom, we are responsible as controller of a personal information for the purposes of those laws.

1.2. This privacy policy covers our use of your personal information that is collected through or in connection with one of the MARKETPROVIDER’s web sites (a “Site”).

1.3. As a multinational company, we may transfer your information to other countries and are committed to providing a consistent level of protection for your information regardless of the country.

2. Who We Share Information With

2.1. We share information with:

  • Within Corporate Organization. The MARKETPROVIDER is a multinational organization with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. The MARKETPROVIDER may share your personal information within the MARKETPROVIDER’s corporate organization and may transfer the information to countries in the world where the MARKETPROVIDER conducts business. Some countries may provide less legal protection for your personal information.
  • Agents. The MARKETPROVIDER employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of the MARKETPROVIDER. 2.3. Transfer of Your Information Out of the EEA. We may transfer your personal information to the following which are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) as follows: United States, Canada, Turkey and India. Whilst the European Commission has not given a formal decision that such countries provide an adequate level of data protection similar to those which apply in the United Kingdom and EEA, any transfer of your personal information will be subject to a European Commission approved contracts (as permitted under Article 46(2) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

2.5. How to Complain. We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information. However, the General Data Protection Regulation also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live, or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.

2.6. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy policy was last updated on September 27, 2022. The MARKETPROVIDER reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on a Site for thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of such change.

2.7. Opt-Out Right. Your right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting the MARKETPROVIDER via e-mail at [[email protected]], telephone or certified postal mail. After processing the cancellation, the MARKETPROVIDER will delete your personal information from its data base, as required by law.
