Privacy Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data

This privacy policy discloses our information gathering and usage practices. We will only release registration information to third parties to comply with the law. MARKETPROVIDER may use this information to contact you for MARKETPROVIDER sales and marketing purposes.

1. General conditions

1.1. MARKETPROVIDER LTD collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union and United Kingdom, we are responsible as controller of a personal information for the purposes of those laws.

1.2. This privacy policy covers our use of your personal information that is collected through or in connection with one of the MARKETPROVIDER’s web sites (a “Site”).

1.3. As a multinational company, we may transfer your information to other countries and are committed to providing a consistent level of protection for your information regardless of the country.

  • Registration. A Site’s registration forms allow you to provide us contact information. By submitting your personal data to us, you will be treated as having given your permission to utilize that personal data. The MARKETPROVIDER may use your contact information to send you information about our companies as well as promotional material. The MARKETPROVIDER may periodically conduct individual voluntary surveys.   • Email Privacy. It is our policy to remove any registered user from our marketing database promptly upon request.

  • IP Addresses. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer a Site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.

2. Who We Share Information With

2.1. We share information with:

  • Within Corporate Organization. The MARKETPROVIDER is a multinational organization with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. The MARKETPROVIDER may share your personal information within the MARKETPROVIDER’s corporate organization and may transfer the information to countries in the world where the MARKETPROVIDER conducts business. Some countries may provide less legal protection for your personal information.
  • Agents. The MARKETPROVIDER employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of the MARKETPROVIDER. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes.
  • Affiliated Businesses. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.

We will hold your data for the period we are required to by applicable law.

2.2. Advertising and Third-Party Links. A Site may contain non-advertising links to a variety of third-party sites to enhance the user experience. The MARKETPROVIDER has no control of either the content or privacy policies of such web sites, nor should such links be considered an endorsement of these sites except where otherwise noted. 2.3. Transfer of Your Information Out of the EEA. We may transfer your personal information to the following which are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) as follows: United States, Canada, Turkey and India. Such countries do not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEA. Whilst the European Commission has not given a formal decision that such countries provide an adequate level of data protection similar to those which apply in the United Kingdom and EEA, any transfer of your personal information will be subject to a European Commission approved contracts (as permitted under Article 46(2) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

2.4. Your Rights. Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of important rights free of charge. In summary, those include rights to:

  • 2.4.2. Access to your personal information and to certain other supplementary information that this Privacy Policy is already designed to address.
  • 2.4.3. Require us to correct any mistakes in your information which we hold.
  • 2.4.4. Require the erasure of personal information concerning you in certain situations.
  • 2.4.5. Receive the personal information concerning you which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to a third party in certain situations.
  • 2.4.6. Object at any time to processing of personal information concerning you for direct marketing.
  • 2.4.7. Object to decisions being taken by automated means which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
  • 2.4.8. Object in certain other situations to our continued processing of your personal information.
  • 2.4.9. Otherwise restrict our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • 2.4.10.Claim compensation for damages caused by our breach of any data protection laws.

We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

2.5. How to Complain. We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information. However, the General Data Protection Regulation also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live, or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.

2.6. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy policy was last updated on September 27, 2022. The MARKETPROVIDER reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on a Site for thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of such change.

2.7. Opt-Out Right. Your right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting the MARKETPROVIDER via e-mail at [[email protected]], telephone or certified postal mail. After processing the cancellation, the MARKETPROVIDER will delete your personal information from its data base, as required by law.
